Hi, I’m Jenn Fenwick-Executive Coach, Sounding Board, and Transition Strategist.

I support ambitious leaders and global organisations through high-stakes transitions, accelerated growth, and moments of real change.

My journey into coaching blends two worlds:

  • The sporting world, where I first learned the psychology of high performance, resilience, and the power of having the right support system

  • And a successful corporate career, leading international teams and developing senior talent inside Fortune 500 organisations across Pharma, Biotech, and Tech

Eight years ago, a personal life moment pushed me to go all in.
I launched my coaching business with a mission:
