Hi, I'm Jenn Fenwick—Executive Coach, Transition Strategist, and Creator of The Legacy Accelerator™

I support VP+ leaders through to first-time CEOs and global organisations through high-stakes transitions, career-defining moments, and the pivotal windows when leadership is most tested.

My journey into this work blends two worlds:

The sporting world, where I first learned the psychology of high performance, resilience, and the power of architecting the right support ecosystem around elite performers during career-defining moments.

And a successful corporate career, leading international teams and developing senior talent inside Fortune 500 organisations across Pharma, Biotech, and Tech—including serving as Global Talent Director at IQVIA.

Eight years ago, a personal pivot pushed me to go all in. I launched my practice with a mission: to close the critical support gap that sees 40% of leaders fail or derail within 18 months of high-stakes transitions.
