I am a Coach - Sounding board - Protector of headspace for modern leaders all across the globe. My sweet spot is working with leaders to confidently navigate periods of accelerated growth, those challenging “first 90 days”, and supporting them at pivotal moments in their careers.

I have spent the last 17 years working with first time leaders through to first time CEOs, supporting startups to Fortune 500 corporations, so I know a thing or two…

Drawing on coaching experience first gained in the sporting world, I blend leadership coaching with a focus on wellbeing to get the very best out of my leaders.
